Liked my very pleasant stay at this hotel. The shuttle to the venue was a great perk and breakfast was included. I was met by efficient and attentive staff at the lobby. The hotel was set in a central area near the downtown core, Union Station, Toronto. Stopped by Cafe Plenty to get some coffee and treats, it's within walking distance of the venue, recommend.

It was truly a really nice stay in this hotel, the venue met requirements. Its location was central, walking distance to a public market. The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a downtown area. Variety of food at the savoury and fine breakfast.

Fab staff and location, I loved to be here. The views from my separate bedroom were fascinating! Everything was good as expected, yet the bathroom was disgusting. Efficient check in and smooth check out. Found in a good part of the town. I visited Carisma, based walking distance to the hotel, had dinner there.

The hotel was fairly clean and recently refurbished, had very good wi-fi. The staff was willing to help during our fantastic stay which exceeded all expectations. The room was absolutely fantastic, had a luxurious bathroom. In addition, parking was nearby and it was very convenient.
