Liked my very pleasant stay at this hotel. The shuttle to the venue was a great perk and breakfast was included. I was met by efficient and attentive staff at the lobby. The hotel was set in a central area near the downtown core, Union Station, Toronto. Stopped by Cafe Plenty to get some coffee and treats, it's within walking distance of the venue, recommend.

It was truly a really nice stay in this hotel, the venue met requirements. Its location was central, walking distance to a public market. The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a downtown area. Variety of food at the savoury and fine breakfast.

We liked this staying. Small hotel, clean, pleasant staff, location right in the downtown core was perfect. We have booked studio for 2 nights, everything was great, it had an electronic key card, a work desk and ironing facilities.

I liked location and staff here. Lots of supplies in the room: a laptop safe, an iron and an electronic key card. Pleased it had a walk-in shower.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

Fab staff and location, I loved to be here. The views from my separate bedroom were fascinating! Everything was good as expected, yet the bathroom was disgusting. Efficient check in and smooth check out. Found in a good part of the town. I visited Carisma, based walking distance to the hotel, had dinner there.

Lovely property with very responsive staff and perfect rooms. The full English breakfast was very good and had coffee and cereal. Strategic location, at a medium distance from an over 553-metre tower. The downstairs bar was premium and the drinks were excellent. Besides, it had good internet, handy to surf the net. The whole experience was restful...

Everything was perfectly fine, and staff were competent. The location was very quiet, not too far from ripley's aquarium of canada. Hotel was so clean. They made my stay FAB. Quick check-in, late check-out.
